Hva skal vi ha til middag? Det evige spørsmålet som aldri blir borte. Det må besvares hver dag. Noen har et stort repertoar, andre har et lite, noen prøver ofte nye ting, andre nesten aldri. Men uansett, må man ta stilling til dette lille spørsmålet hver dag og ikke bare ta stilling til det. Man må også handle inn og lage maten.  Riktignok kan man kjøpe seg bort fra et eller flere av disse handlingene, men sjelden alle. Og ved å overlate noe til andre får man selvfølgelig mindre valgfrihet og kontroll. Derfor liker jeg best å planlegge, handle inn og lage maten selv. Da får jeg akkurat det jeg vil, laget på den måten jeg ønsker med de råvarene jeg selv har valgt ut. Men så er jo jeg en matnerd også, så jeg har full forståelse for at andre velger andre løsninger. Ønsker du også å lage maten din selv kan jeg i hvert fall gi deg litt inspirasjon på veien. Ha en strålende uke og vel bekomme. Håper du får noen gode måltider.
