Jeg liker å starte festen ved å møte gjestene med en aperitiff og en liten munnfull når de kommer. Det som skal være i glasset byr sjelden på problemer. Det blir gjerne bobler og god eplejuice til de som vil ha uten alkohol. Den lille munnfullen derimot kan jo varieres i det uendelige. Ett alternativ er lakserøre på knekkebrød. Dette tilfredsstiller mine kriterier for hva som passer. Disse små munnfullene skal nemlig helst være raske å lage, de skal føles litt luksuriøse og gjerne ha en wow-faktor og så skal de selvfølgelig smake veldig godt. De skal rett og slett sette stemningen for festen.

Selv om laks i høyeste grad er hverdagsmat, har god røkelaks og ikke minst lakserogn fortsatt noe eksklusivt over seg. At lakserøren serveres på små knekkebrødbiter gjør at den også er litt rustikk, og dermed blir det ikke for formelt og stivt. Dette er altså en liten munnfull av typen punk royal. Jeg synes også at rugsmaken på knekkebrødene passer veldig godt til laksen. Dette smaker rett og slett kjempegodt og er en super start på enhver fest.

Ønsker du å servere et lite utvalg av munnfuller kan du jo også lage minirøsti med lakserogn, toast med kyllingleverpostei eller kanskje rett og slett bare noen salte mandler og et utvalg av andre nøtter.

Ingredienser

  • 150 gr laksefilet
  • 150 gr røkelaks
  • 1 glass lakserogn
  • 2 ss finhakket dill
  • 1/2 finhakket sjalottløk
  • 2 ss god olivenolje
  • creme fraiche
  • knekkebrød

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær laksefileten og røkelaksen i små terninger.
  • Bland alle ingrediensene unntatt creme fraichen i en bolle.
  • Bryt knekkebrødet i mindre biter
  • Legg litt creme fraiche på hver knekkebrødbit og topp med lakserøren
  • Pynt med litt dill

Server gjerne med et glass med noe godt i ved siden av. Vel bekomme.
