Er du klar for en ny uke? Det begynner jeg å bli. Foran meg har jeg en hektisk uke med mye møtevirksomhet på ettermiddag og kveldstid. Da er det veldig greit å vite hva vi skal ha til middag og også vite at alt vi trenger er kjøpt inn og klart til å tilberedes. Hvordan er det med deg? Er du en person som liker å planlegge, eller synes du det er bedre å ta ting på sparket og improvisere? Tilhører du den siste kategorien, er det kanskje lite trolig at du lager ukemenyer, men ukens middagsplaner behøver ikke være veldig faste og detaljerte. Det kan jo være så enkelt som at man tenker kylling én dag, fisk to dager, pasta en dag og kjøtt den femte. Så er det bare å kjøpe inn disse tingene. Da ligger de klare til du får lyst til å lage noe med dem. Sørg også for at det er litt forskjellige grønnsaker og poteter, ris eller pasta tilgjengelig. Da er det fort gjort å mikse og mache alt etter hva dagsformen tilsier. Ingen grunn til å la være å lage planer selv om du kanskje tenker at planer er tvangstrøyer.
