Er du klar for en ny uke nå? Det er jeg. Det meste er nå klart til uken som kommer. Maten er planlagt og kjøpt inn, kalenderen sjekket og huset er sånn nogen lunde i orden. Da kan neste uke bare komme.  Jeg har funnet ut at det å planlegge ukens middager og handle inn er en virkelig god hjelp til å redusere stresset i hverdagen. Ved å planlegge slipper jeg å lure på hva jeg skal lage og det jeg trenger er allerede i huset. Dersom du vil komme i gang med menyplanlegging, kan du ta utgangspunkt i mitt forslag nedenfor, og tilpasse det dine behov. Ha en strålende uke og vel bekomme!

Nå er skreisesongen i gang, så på lørdagen foreslår jeg derfor et skikkelig godt skreimåltid. Får du ikke tak i skrei, kan du selvsagt bytte den ut med vanlig torsk.
