REKLAME – Skreien kalles kjærlighetsfisken fordi den hvert år om vinteren kommer fra Barentshavet inn mot land for å gyte. Da har den kanskje svømt så mye som 1.000 km for å treffe sin utkårede. Og stedet den sikter seg mot er det samme stedet som den selv ble klekket. Skreien har et fast, hvitt kjøtt og en utrolig delikat smak. Om et par dager er det Valentins dagen, og da passer det jo ekstra godt å spise denne flotte fisken. Jeg har laget en skikkelig flott festrett av skrei med puylinser, parmaskinke og cherrytomater. Jeg merker i hvert fall, at jeg blir både mo i knærne og øm i blikket når jeg tenker på denne gode maten.

Kjærlighetsspråk

Visste du at det finnes fem kjærlighetsspråk, eller fem måter å uttrykke sin kjærlighet på. Mitt språk er definitivt mat (som er en underkategori av tjenester). Jeg elsker å lage mat til de jeg er glad i. Skal Husbond og jeg feire noe, lager jeg mat. Har Tuppen eller Lillemor vært borte og kommer hjem, lager jeg favorittmaten deres. Jeg liker også å gi måltider i gave til de som «har alt». Derfor er det også helt naturlig for meg å feire kjærligheten med et godt måltid sammen med de jeg er ekstra glad i.

Lurer du på hva de fire andre språkene er? Jo de er ord, gaver, tid og berøring. Vi benytter oss jo alle av alle de fem typene, men en av dem skal altså visstnok være mer dominerende enn de andre. Hva er ditt språk?

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr skreifilet
  • 2 ss grovt havsalt
  • 1 ss olje til steking
  • 100 gr puylinser
  • 1/2 liten rødløk
  • 1 fedd hvtløk
  • 3 dl oksekraft (buljong eller fond er også greit)
  • 1 laurbærblad
  • 2 ss god olivenolje
  • 8 cherrytomater
  • 4 ss hakket persille
  • 1 ss timianblader
  • pepper
  • sitronsaft
  • 2 skiver parmaskinke

Fremgangsmåte

  • Dryss saltet over fisken og la den stå i 15 minutter.
  • I mens, finhakk hvitløk og løk og fres det i oljen til det har blitt mykt, men ikke skiftet farge.
  • Skyll linsene og ha dem i gryten sammen med løken. Hell på oksekraften og legg oppi laurbærbladet. Legg på lokk og la det småkoke i 20 minutter.
  • Sett ovnen på 200 grader varmluft. Skjær tomatene i to og bak dem i ovnen mens linsene koker.
  • Legg skinken på et kjøkkenpapir og bak sammen med tomatene. Ta skinken ut når den har blitt spør. Det tar ca. 10 minutter.
  • Når det er 5 minutter til linsene er ferdig, skyll fisken godt i kaldt vann for å få bort alt saltet.
  • Varm litt olje i en stekepanne og stek filetene på middels varme med skinnsiden ned. Etter 5 minutter, legg lokk på pannen og sett varmen på minimum. Fisken er ferdig når den flaker seg lett når du trykker forsiktig på den.
  • Når linsene er ferdig, helles det meste av kokekraften av, men behold litt. Tilsett de bakte tomatene, persillen og timan og god olivenolje. Smak til med pepper og sitronsaft.
  • Anrett på varme tallerkener med linsene først og fisken oppå. Pynt med skinken og noen timankvister.

Server gjerne med et glass rødvin ved siden av. Trenger du råd til å velge en god vin, kan du trygt spørre om hjelp på polet. De folkene kan tingene sine. Vel bekomme.
