Så var vi igjennom årets travleste festuke for vår families del. I løpet av 10 dager har vi vært i gjennom en bryllupsdag, en 70 års dag, en 50 års dag, en 40 års dag samt en vanlig bursdag. Temmelig hektisk med mye kaker og god mat med andre ord. Så nå lengter jeg etter litt vanlig mat og vanlig hverdager, ja nå er det slutt på flotte middager, kaker og desserter for noen dager, før det braker løs igjen med 17. mai, himmelsprett og pinse. Det er rart med det. Man kan lengte etter fancy mat, men får man for mye av det på kort tid, er hverdagsmaten veldig attraktiv igjen. Og godt er jo det.

Denne uken har jeg derfor satt sammen en meny med forholdsvis enkle retter, som selv om de kanskje kan høres avanserte ut, i bunn og grunn er veldig enkle å lage. Som vanlig er det en variert meny med både fugl, fisk og kjøtt sammen med mye grønnsaker. Ha en strålende uke, og vel bekomme.
