Pin

En wok gir rask mat å få på bordet, som regel tar det ikke lengre tid enn det tar å koke ris. Og noen dager er det veldig greit. Dessuten er det temmelig sunn mat. I dag er det biff og brokkoli som er hovedingredienser. Og selv om det er biff, bruker jeg ikke akkurat indrefilet til dette. Mørbradbiff holder lenge. De tynne skivene og marineringen gjør at kjøttet uansett ikke blir seigt.

For meg er wok en veldig grei hverdagsmiddag. Nesten all slags kjøtt og alle slags grønnsaker kan brukes, så det er en fin måte å få brukt opp mat man allerede har i kjøleskap og fryser. Jeg har fortsatt ikke kommet helt til bunns i fryseren min, selv om det begynner å bli nokså slunkent der – heldigvis.

Ingredienser

  • 700 gr. biffkjøtt
  • 3 ss soyasaus
  • 2 ss hvitvin eller eplejuice
  • 2 ss rapsolje
  • 2 ss finhakket ingefær
  • 3 fedd finhakket hvitløk
  • nykværnet pepper
  • 1 stor bukett brokkoli skåret i små buketter
  • 1 bunt vårløk skåret i ringer
  • 1 dl kaldt vann
  • 1 toppet ts maizena
  • evt. mer soyasaus

Fremgangsmåte

  • Begynn med å blande soyasaus, hvitvin, olje, ingefær, hvitløk og pepper til en marinade.
  • Skjær kjøttet i tynne strimler og legg det i marinaden.
  • La det ligge i marinaden i 10-15 minutter.
  • Imens kuttes grønnsakene.
  • Varm en wok eller jernpanne godt.
  • Ta kjøttet ut av marinaden og stek det i pannen. Ta vare på marinaden, den skal brukes til sausen etterpå.
  • Når kjøttet er nesten ferdig has grønnsakene i og stekes til de er møre.
  • Hell marinaden, og maizenaen blandet ut  vannet over kjøttet og grønnsakene og la det koke opp slik at sausen tykner.

Smak til med evt. mer soyasaus. Server straks, gjerne med ris til.
