Smørbrød med roastbeef og potetsalat er et klassisk smørbrød, og det er en grunn til det, for dette er skikkelig snadder. Her er det godt brød, knasende salat, myk potetsalat, mørt kjøtt og litt surt på toppen. Har du forresten tenkt på at et smørbrød kan romme alt det en vanlig middag gjør – bare i liten målestokk. Sånn er det definitivt med dette smørbrødet, for her er det både kjøtt, poteter og grønnsaker.

Det å invitere noen på smørbrød har kankje godt litt av moten, men det er i grunnen en skikkelig hyggelig tradisjon. Så lag noen deilige smørbrød og inviter gode venner på en lunsj litt utenom det vanlige. Øl og schnaps er jo klassisk drikke til, men du bestemmer.

Ingredienser

  • 6 skiver roastbeef
  • 4 ss potetsalat
  • 2 skiver grovt brød
  • smør
  • strimlet salat
  • sylteagruk
  • 2 tynne skiver sellerirot skåret i tynne strimler
  • olje til frittering
  • salt og pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Begynn med å frittere selleristrimlene.
  • Varm opp olje i en liten gryte til den er så varm at det bobler rundt skaftet på en tresleiv.
  • Stek selleristrimlene i prosjoner til de blir gyllene og legg på kjøkkenpapir så de får renne av seg. Krydre med salt.
  • Smør brødskivene og legg på strimlet salat.
  • Legg på halvparten av potetsalaten på hver skive.
  • Dander roastbeefen oppå potetsalaten.
  • Avslutt med å legge på skiver av sylteagurk og selleristrimler.
  • Kvern over litt pepper
