I dag er det 1. januar. De fleste av oss begynner sikkert å bli ganske lei jule- og festmat nå, og klar for litt andre smaker og retter. Men mange av oss har nok også fortsatt litt rester igjen som må spises opp. Derfor har jeg laget en (litt kort) ukemeny der noen av middagene er basert på rester av julemat, og noen middager med helt andre smaker og ingredienser.  Selv merker jeg i hvert fall at jeg higer etter friske salater, mer grønnsaker og lette fiskeretter.

Har du tenkt over at pizza er ypperlig restemat. Veldig mye kan legges oppå en pizza. Alle slags typer kjøtt, masse forskjellige grønnsaker og det trenger ikke bare å være gulost, på toppen – brie, blåmuggost og chevre går også fint. Bruk det du har og komponer en pizza helt utenom det vanlige. Kanskje får du en ny favoritt. Ha en flott uke, og vel bekomme.
