Uansett om du er blant de som starter det nye året med masse gode intensjoner om et sunnere kosthold, eller om du bare skal fortsette som før – en god grønnsaksrett er alltid greit å ha i ermet.  Rosenkål med honning og chili er nettopp en sånn rett. Ovnsbaking av grønnsaker er rett og slett genialt. Det bringer frem det beste i grønnsakene. Det kan få selv de kjedeligste grønnsakene til å skinne og det er lite som skal til. Her har jeg bakt rosenkål med honning og chili i ovnen. Og la meg bare si det med en gang. Dette svinger.

Disse små grønne juvelene passer ypperlig sammen med stekt kjøtt og kylling, eller som en av flere grønnsaksretter om du ønsker et helt vegetarisk måltid.

Jeg har tidligere ovnsbakt rosenkål med valnøtter. Du kan jo prøve den neste gang du skal ha rosenkål. Uansett hvilken variant du velger, er jeg sikker på at du vil bli begeistret.

Ingredienser

  • 1 pakke rosenkål (400 gr)
  • 1 ss olivenolje
  • 2 ts honning
  • 1/2 rød chili
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • flaksalt

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett oven på 200 grader varmluft, eller 220 grader vanlig.
  • Rens rosenkålen for stygge blader og del dem i to.
  • Hakk chili og hvitløk.
  • Ringle olivenoljen og honningen over rosenkålen, bland inn hvitløken og chili og dryss over litt salt.
  • Bak i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter. Rør litt etter halv tid.

Server straks med et dryss av salt på toppen, vel bekomme.
