Grønnsaksuppe, med eller uten pølsebiter, er en av de faste sliterne i kjøkkenet vårt. Jeg elsker suppe, og synes at nesten alle varianter av denne flytende retten er herlige. Denne varianten er en hverdagssuppe som er enkel og rask og lage. I prinsippet koker jeg opp buljong og slenger oppi det jeg måtte ha oppi. Grønnsaksuppe med pølsebiter er ikke akkurat grenseprengende kjøkkenkunst. Dette er heller ikke en suppe som sprenger kaloriregnskapet, og det må nok innrømmes at Husbond synes den kan bli litt vel lett av og til. Men man kan jo alltids spise kveldsmat senere…

Jeg er altså som du kanskje har forstått veldig glad i suppe. Derfor er det veldig mange suppeoppskrifter her på bloggen. Det er suppeoppskrifter med kjøtt, fisk, skalldyr og grønnsaker. Trenger du litt suppeinspirasjon, kan du jo sjekke ut suppekategorien min.

Ingredienser

  • 2 liter vann
  • 4 grønnsaksbuljongterninger
  • 2 store gulrøtter
  • 5 middels store poteter
  • 1/2 sellerirot
  • 2 stilker stangseller
  • 1 purre
  • 400 gr. kjøttpølser
  • persille

Fremgangsmåte

  • Vannet kokes opp og buljongterningene tilsettes.
  • Skjæres alle grønnsakene opp i små biter (ca. 1x1 cm).
  • Ha oppi poteter, gulrøtter, stangselleri og selleri og la det koke nesten mørt.
  • Tilsett purren og pølsebitene og la det koke med de siste minuttene.
  • Strø gjerne litt persille over dersom du har det og server straks.

Tips

Alle slags grønnsaker kan benyttes, det er en ypperlig måte å få ryddet i grønnsaksskuffen på. Suppen kan også tilsettes hermetiske bønner, pasta, byggryn eller ris for å mette mer.

Jeg husker godt vi lagde lunsj-supper på kjøkkenet hjemme hos deg da vi gikk på Stasjonsfjellet… Jeg er også stadig kjempeglad i supper av alle slag. Her i California har jeg smakt noen av de beste suppene jeg har fått i hele mitt liv. Så er det også fantastiske ingredienser å få tak i her. Lykke til videre med bloggen din.
