Så var det søndag og tid for en ny ukemeny igjen. Nå som det er skrei sesong tenkte jeg det kan være gøy å prøve torsketunger og de serverer jeg fritert med irrgrønn ertepuré ved siden av. Og snakk om irrgrønn – den grønne risottoen som jeg foreslår sammen med lysingen(eller en hvilken som helst annen hvit fisk) har også denne fargen. Kanskje det er et ønske om snarlig vår som gjør at jeg kom opp med to knallgrønne retter denne uken.
