Siste uke før julaften og siste sjanse til å få alle ting på plass før den store dagen. Er det flere kaker som skal bakes, sylte som skal lages eller gaver som skal kjøpes, så er det best å få det på agendaen nå. Tiden går fort og plutselig er det julaften og for sent å gjøre det. Men, mye kan bli gjort på en uke, så ikke noe grunn til panikk!

Lag medisterkaker til middag en dag, og lag en ekstra stor porsjon. Frys ned det du trenger til julaften og bruk resten til middag. Lager du surkål eller rødkål kan den holde seg opptil en uke i kjøleskapet og lenge i fryseren, så lag en stor porsjon av det også. Tenk på samme måte rundt de andre middagene dine, på den måten får du noen skikkelig gode førjulsmiddager og sparer litt tid samtidig. Eller gjør middagene skikkelig enkle som f.eks ved å kjøpe ferdige fiskekaker og hamburgerbrød og server fiskeburgere.

Denne uken er det en kort ukemeny da det kommer en meny for hele julen mot slutten av uken. Ha en fin, og forhåpentligvis ikke for stressende siste førjulsuke.
