Jeg begynner uken med en vegetarisk anbefaling. Deilige små paier fylt med brokkoli, vårløk og ost. De smaker nydelig og sammen med litt frisk salat er det et deilig middagsmåltid. De egner seg også godt i matpakken neste dag, så lag gjerne noen ekstra. På tirsdagen blir det tradisjonelle fiskekaker med stekt løk. Dette er mat som alle liker og det er  enklereå lage enn mange forestiller seg. Og neste dag fortsetter jeg med mat som alle liker, nemlig tacosuppe. Det er enkel og grei mat, og har du det litt travelt er dette et ypperlig alternativ.  Middagsgratenger av ulike slag er noen av de mest populære oppskriftene på bloggen, og det er jo lett å forstå. Denne uken foreslår jeg gratinert pasta med torsk. Det er et velkjent konsept, men der kjøttdeigen er byttet ut med torsk. Dermed blir det en litt lettere variant, men med de samme gode smakene.

Det er mange som har en fast meny på fredagskvelden, og ofte er det taco, eller pizza. Hjemme hos oss er vi i team pizza og denne helgen er ikke noe unntak. Denne gangen blir det med ansjos og paprika. Det høres kanskje ut som en litt sær kombinasjon, men den fungerer faktisk veldig godt. Ansjosen er full av umamismak og mindre av fiskesmak. Paprikaene jeg bruker er ikke de vanlige, men en litt sterkere variant – en slags variant som ligger et sted mellom paprika og chili. Sterkt møter umami med andre ord. Har du ikke prøvd dette før anbefaler jeg det på det varmeste. På lørdagen blir det en spennende rett fra Vietnam, nemlig kylling med sitrongress. Dette er en stor favoritt hjemme hos oss – kanskje blir det det hos deg også. På søndagen foreslår jeg fylte paprikaer. Denne gangen er den fylt med deilig krydret kjøtt.
