Jeg er fullstendig klar over at det er mange pastaoppskrifter her på bloggen, men det kan vel ikke bli for mange? Det synes i hvert fall ikke jeg. I dag lagde jeg gratinert pasta med torsk. Den smakte godt av tomat, urter og torsk; «litt som baccalao, men med pasta» som Tuppen konstaterte.

Det går også fint å bruke rester av fisk i denne retten, da fisken uansett skal kokes på forhånd. Jeg er opptatt av å bruke opp rester, men synes ikke nødvendigvis at gårsdagens middag varmet opp er så spennende. Derfor prøver jeg å være litt kreativ med restene og lage en helt ny rett. Ingredienser

  • 500 gr torsk eller annen hvit fisk
  • 300 gr tørr pasta (penne)
  • 1 stor løk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 fennikel
  • olje til steking
  • 1/2 glass tomatpuré
  • 400 gr tomater (1 boks)
  • 1 terning fiskebuljong
  • 2 ss tørket oregano
  • 1 ts tørket timian
  • salt og pepper
  • ost til gratinering

Fremgangsmåte

  • Hakk løk, hvitløk og fennikel og fres det til løken er myk og faller sammen.
  • Tilsett tomatpuré og la det frese et par minutter til.
  • Tilsett tomatene,  fiskebuljongen og krydderne og la det småkoke i minst 10 minutter.
  • Smak til med salt og pepper.
  • I mens tomatsausen småkoker, trekk torsken og la den renne av seg på et tørkepapir.
  • Kok pastaen som anvist på pakken.
  • Knus fisken ned i tomatsausen og bland inn pastaen.
  • Ha alt i et ildfast fat og topp med ost.
  • Stek i 20 minutter på 200 grader varmluft, eller 220 vanlig.
