Endelig er det skoleferie, og alt har begynt å roe seg ned. Selv om det fortsatt skal jobbes noen uker til, blir tempoet i familien roligere. Alle avslutninger er tilbakelagt og det er også faste treninger. Dermed kan vi friere disponere ettermiddagene og kveldene etter som det faller seg. Det er deilig. Men mat må man uansett ha, og her kommer mitt forslag til middager i uken som kommer.
