Jeg skulle ønske jeg var en sopplukker, men det er jeg dessverre ikke. Hvis jeg hadde hatt hellet med meg i skogen, hadde det sannsynligvis ikke blitt den store fangsten. Så da hadde det sannsynligvis passet perfekt å bruke soppen som garnityr på den deilig, kremete potet og sellerisuppen jeg foreslår på mandag. Fiskegrateng er populært både blant store og små, og den hjemmelagde varianten er veldig mye bedre. Det tar ikke veldig mye lengre tid enn den man kan kjøpe i butikken.

Jeg ser på bloggen nå at det er veldig mange som er interessert i oppskrifter med squash, så derfor har jeg lagt til en squashrisotto som er mild og fin og kler godt å bli jazzet opp av litt strimlet parmaskinke. Det ser ikke helt ut som sommeren skal slippe helt taket ennå, i hvert fall i deler av landet, så hvorfor ikke feire sensommeren med en skikkelig digg salat som inneholder alt. Har du ikke prøvde det før, anbefaler jeg definitivt en Cobb salat.

Fredag er pizzadag, og denne gangen er det ansjos og litt hotte paprikaer som får æren av å toppe pizzaen. Krabbesesongen er i anmarsj og ikke et vondt ord og krabbe med majones og sitron på loff. Men hvorfor ikke prøve en vri på krabbemåltidet med en skikkelig smaksbombe i form av pepperkrabbe som de serverer den i Singapore. Høsten er ikke bare krabber, den er også lam og det første lammet er observert i butikken. Stek lammeskav med godt med krydder og server på en seng av hummus og ovnsbakt gresskar. Skikkelig digg, altså.
