Søndag og ny ukemeny på bloggen. I morgen starter hverdagen så smått igjen. Ferien er over i denne omgangen i hvert fall for de voksne i familien. Det betyr også at det blir litt mindre tid til å lage mat, og kanskje også et ønske om litt enklere mat etter all den gode maten i ferien. Nedenfor finner du en ukemeny som passer til dette.

Bruk sommerens deilige grønnsaker til å lage en deilig grønnsaksgrateng. I oppskriften nedenfor er det blofmkål, brokkoli og nypoteter, men bruk det du liker og får tak i. Ukens første fiskemiddag er en hel ørretfilet som bakes i ovnen med grønnsaker og poteter. Veldig godt og enkelt å lage i stand. Spagetti med skinke og parmesansaus er en gammel kjenning her hjemme. Den har jeg laget i mange år og de dukker regelmessig opp på middagsbordet. En hvit fiskesuppe finner også sin plass i denne ukens middagsmeny. Fredager er pizzadag hjemme hos oss, og i mange år var det pizza med pepperoni som gjaldt. Derav navnet fredagspizza. Nå varierer vi nok litt mer, men denne varianten er fortsatt populær. På lørdagen foreslår jeg en lukseriøs risotto med asparges og reker. Deilig kremete men fortsatt med en liten fast kjerne i risen er slik jeg liker den best. Kyllingfrikassé er en skikkelig herlig søndagsmiddag og med eplekake laget med epler fra treet i hagen blir det fest rundt bordet. Håper noe av dette frister og inspirerer deg til en god matuke.
