Selv om hverdagen har begynt eller begynner for mange nå, er det fortsatt sommer og butikkene bugner av deilige grønnsaker. De som er heldige har både frukt, bær og grønnsaker i hagen og i skogen er det bær og sopp.  Det er med andre ord ingen grunn til å la kjøtt spille hovedrollen på tallerkenen for tiden. Kjør på med grønnsaker!

I ukemenyen denne gangen foreslår jeg en potet og sellerisuppe med kantareller. Her er det ikke så mye kantareller, men er du like (lite) flink som meg til å finne sopp i skogen, kan du få litt til å gjøre stor nytte her. Med så mye nydelig frukt og bær er det heller ingen grunn til å droppe desserten, selv på hverdager. Avlutt alle måltider med litt jordbær rett fra kurven, en nydelig fersken eller en håndfull moreller. Det er smaken av sommer. Ha en strålende uke, og vel bekomme!
