En ny uke med nye muligheter.  Det er hva jeg tenker på søndag ettermiddag. Da setter jeg meg ned og skriver denne ukemenyen og tenker samtidig på uken som kommer. Vi føler vel alle at mulighetene er litt begrenset av sosiale restriksjoner, men på den kulinariske fronten er det kanskje flere muligheter enn før. I hvert fall har de fleste av oss bedre tid til å lage sikkelig middag hver dag. Det er i hvert fall mitt håp at folk bruker litt den ekstra tiden de har på kjøkkenet. Derfor vil jeg oppfordre deg til å prøve noe nytt på matfronten i uken som kommer. Man vet jo aldri hva som vil skje – kanskje får du en ny favorittrett, eller kanskje eksperimentet ble mislykket. Men hey, det er jo bare en middag, så det gjør jo ingen ting. Oppsiden er jo ganske stor. Ha en flott uke, og vel bekomme!
