Sjokolade er skikkelig godt, og det synes jeg er jordbær også. Sammen blir det til en av de helt spesielle kombinasjonen som går opp i en høyere enhet. Jeg hadde derfor lyst til å forsøke å lage sjokoladetrøfler med jordbær. Jeg har sett flere som har laget med bringebær, men altså ikke med jordbær. Og det er litt rart, synes jeg, for dette ble skikkelig godt. Dessuten ble de jo skikkelig julete med det røde pulveret utenpå. Dette er lett å lage og lett å spise. Om det blir noen igjen til jul får jo tiden vise. Anbefales kan de definitivt.

Det ble ganske klissete å rulle ut, så jeg er glad jeg brukte sånne engangs latexhansker. Da var det bare å kaste hanskene etterpå. Pulveret utenpå er frysetørrede jordbær som jeg knuste til pulver.

Ingredienser

  • 200 gr mørk sjokolade
  • 150 gr frosne jordbær
  • 1-2 ss sukker
  • 35 gr smør
  • --
  • Frysetørket jordbær / kakao

Fremgangsmåte

Oppskriften gir ca. 30 trøfler

  • Kok opp vann i en liten kasserolle. Finn frem en bolle som er litt større enn kasserollen som kan hvile på kanten uten å komme nedi vannet.
  • Brekk sjokoladen  små stykker og ha den i bollen.
  • Sett bollen over kasserollen og la vannet småkoke. Smelt sjokoladen forsiktig. Når sjokoladen er smeltet rør i den slik at den er helt klumepfri.
  • Mens sjokoladen smelter, tin jordbærene og kjør dem til mos med en stavmixer. Smak til med sukker.
  • Rør jordbærsausen inn i sjokoladen og avslutt med å røre små terninger av smøret inn i sjokoladeblandingen.
  • Hell over i en liten form kledd med bakepapir. Jeg brukte en som er ca. 7x15 cm. Sett formen kaldt over natten. Del sjokoladen i passelig store treninger ca. 30 stk.
  • Rull terningene til kuler med hendene og rull dem deretter i knuste tørkede jordbær eller i kakaopulver. Oppbevar kjølig.
