Dette er vel knap nok noen oppskrift, men mer et forslag til hva du kan gjøre med pinnekjøttrester. For det er ingen grunn til å kaste den lille biten med pinnekjøtt som ble igjen etter middagen i helgen. Selv den minste lille biten kan bli til noe godt. Her har jeg laget lompewraps med pinnekjøtt.

Målet mitt er å bruke opp restene av middagsmaten, og da er dette en super måte. Poenget er at det ikke skal være nødvendig å kjøpe inn noe ekstra for å lage dette. Er det noe på ingredienslisten du mangler, så se om det er noe annet du kan bruke i stedet. Pinnekjøttet er jo allerede ferdig dampet, så dette er en skikkelig rask sak å slenge sammen om du skulle være litt fysen på noe godt, eller bare rett og slett ikke har lyst til å bruke noe særlig tid på å lage deg noe godt.

Oppå pinnekjøttet har jeg majones som jeg har blandet med litt shriracha for å få en ny og spennende smak, og så synes jeg det salte pinnekjøttet har godt av litt hot følge.  Så altså, har du litt pinnekjøtt igjen, anbefaler jeg virkelig å lage lompewraps med pinnekjøtt.

Har du mye pinnkjøtt igjen, kan du jo vurdere å lage kjøttsuppe med pinnekjøtt. Det går også fint an å fryse med ferdig dampet pinnekjøtt. Da er det bare å ta det opp og legge det rett under grillen i oven, eller hvorfor ikke på grillen ute til sommeren? Husk bare å fryse ned litt av kraften også dersom du vil ha den ved siden av.

Ingredienser

  • Ferdig dampet pinnekjøtt
  • Lomper
  • Kokt kålrot
  • Finstrimlet pinn
  • Majones
  • Shriracha

Fremgangsmåte

  • Varm pinnekjøttet under grillen i ovnen til det har blitt skikkelig sprøtt.
  • Ta pinnekjøttet ut og riv det fra hverandre med to gafler.
  • Bland majones og shriracha sånn at du får en passe hot majones.
  • Legg pulled pinnekjøtt, kålrot, purre på lompene og ringle over majonesen. Evt. kan alt settes frem i skåler så kan alle lage sine egne warps.
