I år skal sommerferien gå til Italia, og jeg varmer opp med å lage og spise italiensk mat. Dere får bære over med meg, men det kommer nok til å bli litt italiensk fremover. Ikke for det altså, italiensk mat er vel noe de fleste setter pris på. I dag har jeg laget en lasagne og i grunnen er denne ganske genial. Lasagne er en veldig populær middag her i familien, men en av de tingene som alltid er litt vanskelig å få fint til, er å skjære fine porsjonsstykker av lasagnen. Det er her det geniale kommer inn i bildet, for i stedet for å bruke de vanlige lasagneplatene som legges tett i tett, har jeg brukt sånne ferdige wonton-plater som fås kjøpt i en rekke asiatiske forretninger. Disse har jeg lagt i stabler nøyaktig oppå hverandre med fyllet i mellom. På den måten ble det små miniatyrlasagner. Jeg la alle ved siden av hverandre i en stor form, men like fint er det jo å lage disse i porsjonsformer.

Wonton-platene er litt tynnere enn vanlige lasagneplater. Jeg har derfor ikke eksperimentert med klumpete fyll ennå, men brukte en tomatsaus med finhakket løk og hvitløk og pesto mellom platene. Det fungerte supert og smakte kjempegodt. En annen fordel med disse miniatyrlasagnene er at man kan skalere opp eller ned oppskriften etter hvor mange man skal lage til. Det er en super fremgangsmåte for den som kun skal lage mat til seg selv.

Ingredienser

  • 2 pakker wonton plater
  • 2 bokser knuste tomater
  • 1 gul løk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • olje til steking
  • salt og pepper 
  • 1 ss tørket oregano
  • Pesto (se lenke til oppskrift i teksten over)
  • 100 gr revet Jarlsbergost

Fremgangsmåte

  • Ta wonton platene ut av fryseren.
  • Lag klar tomatsausen og pestoen først.
  • Finhakk løk og hvitløk og fres det i oljen til løken har blitt myk og blank. Tilsett tomatene, oreganoen og smak til med salt og pepper. La det koke i 10 minutter på svak varme.
  • Lag pesto.
  • Smør litt olje utover bunnen på en ildfast form, eller bruk porsjonsformer.
  • Begynn med å legge et lag med wonton plater i bunnen. Smør en teskje  tomatsaus utover platene og drypp litt pesto på. Legg på ny plate og gjenta til det ikke er mer plater og tomatsaus igjen – med åtte stabler blir det ca. 12 lag. Mellom noen lag la jeg også litt ost. Avslutt med tomatsaus, pesto og ost.
  • Sett inn i ovnen på 220 grader i 20 min med folie over.
  • Fjern folien og stek i ytterlige 10 minutter. Da skal osten ha blitt gyllen og boble fint.

Server varme og gjerne med en salat ved siden av.

Tips

Wonton-ark får kjøpt frosne i butikker som selger asiatiske varer og i velassorterte dagligvarebutikker. Har du ikke tid til å lage pesto, kan du bruke den du får kjøpt i butikken.
