Denne oppskriften er et godt eksempel på nettopp dette. Med bare fire ingredienser får hver ingrediens virkelig skinne. Og en ekstra gevinst er at det ikke tar stort lengre tid å lage denne enn det tar å koke pastaen.

Ingredienser

  • Fuselli til 4 personer
  • 1 brokkolihode1
  • 50 gr spekeskinke
  • 2 dl fint revet parmesan
  • Pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok pastaen som anvist på pakken.
  • Del brokkolien i små hoder og skjær skinken i tynne strimler.
  • Når det er tre minutter igjen av koketiden, tilsettes brokkolien.
  • Ta av litt av kokevannet til senere.
  • Hell av kokevannet og ha pastaen tilbake i gryten. Rør inn osten og tilsett et par spiseskjeer med kokevann. Det er ikke meningen at det skal bli flytende, men vannet skal hjelpe osten å smelte. Rør godt så osten smelter og dekker pastaen.
  • Bland inn spekeskinken og kvern over pepper.

Server, gjerne med mer parmesan til å drysse over. Vel bekomme
