Vel overstått påske. Etter ti herlige feriedager, er det på tide å forberede seg på hverdagen igjen, og med hverdager kommer også det alltid aktuelle spørsmålet; Hva skal vi ha til middag? Nedenfor finner du seks middagsforslag, som skal kunne få deg gjennom den første uken.

I morgen (tirsdag) foreslår jeg å lage pitabrød som kan fylles med lammerester, grønnsaker og en deilig rømmedressing. Har du ikke rester av lam fra påskeaften, går det fint å bruke stekt kjøttdeig, eller andre kjøttrester i stedet. Alt har en tendens til å bli godt når det puttes i pitabrød og får følge av grønnsaker og rikelig med dressing. Ha en strålende uke, og vel be
