Denne julen tok redselen for ikke å ha nok mat i huset overhånd, og nå sitter jeg igjen med masse medisterpølse. Lysten på tradisjonell medistermiddag er imidlertid ikke så fristende, men med en liten asiatisk vri skal nok medisterpølsene gå ned allikevel. Lynstekte ferske grønnsaker erstatter surkålen, og ingefæren som krydrer medisterpølsene  passer utmerket til soya og chili.

Ingredienser

  • 600 gr medisterpølser
  • 1 bunt vårløk
  • 1 bukett brokkoli
  • 1 rødløk
  • 2 ss rapsolje til steking
  • --
  • 4 ss soyasaus
  • 1 fedd finhakket hvitløk
  • 1 chili uten frø
  • 1 ts maizenamel
  • 1 dl kyllingkraft

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær brokkolien i små buketter, vårløken i ringer og løken i tynne båter. Medisterpølsene skjæres i munnrette biter.
  • Varm oljen i en wok eller stekepanne og fres grønnsakene. Begynn med brokkoli, tilsett så løken og vårløken til slutt.
  • Når grønnsakene er nesten møre, has pølsebitene i.
  • Bland sammen ingrediensene til sausen og hell over pølsene og grønnsakene. La det trekke et par minutter til sausen har begynt å tykne og alt er gjennomvarmt.
