De fleste er vel enige om at i julen skal man kose seg litt ekstra, og at godteri hører hjemme i den mixen. Noen legger listen veldig høyt og lager et stort utvalg av julegodteri selv, mens andre synes det er helt greit å kjøpe litt julemarsipan og en eske kremtopper. Selv ligger jeg nok i den enden som kan overdrive litt. Det er jo egentlig grenser for hvor mye godteri man kan og bør spise i løpet av den uken julen varer. Men jeg vil jo at alle skal få sin favoritt, og da blir det en del. I denne posten har jeg samlet noen av mine favoritter.

Det blir altså ingen jul uten karameller. De må jeg bare lage hvert år og det har jeg gjort siden jeg var barn.

Sjokolade må også til, og disse sjokoladetrøflene med appelsinsmak treffer alle de tingene jeg ønsker meg.

Peppermyntekonfekt er også en favoritt. Dessuten er det en tendens til at det samler seg opp en del eggehviter her i huset, og da er det veldig greit å røre sammen disse.

Og så blir det ingen jul uten klassikeren brente mandler. Jeg liker dem best når sukkeret er helt karamellisert og mandelene ligger inni et glassklart skall av knekk, men jeg vet det er mange som stanser tidligere mens sukkeret fortsatt er litt grynete. Smak og behag.
