Visste du at på onsdag er det fiskegratengens dag? Det er det nemlig. Vi burde spise mer fisk sies det til stadighet, og det er nok riktig, for vi spiser stadig mindre fisk. Og fisk er jo bra for oss. Fiskegrateng er en flott måte å få både store og små til å spise fisk. Det er rett og slett kjempegodt. Dessuten er det enkelt å lage. Det tar lengre tid å lage enn å varme opp en ferdiglaget fiskegrateng, men det er så utrolig mye bedre, så det er verdt hvert minutt. Dessuten kan du faktisk lagde den kvelden i forveien, sette den i kjøleskapet og steke den neste dag. Da tar det ikke lengre tid enn en kjøpegrateng. Tenk på det. Resten av uken har jeg fylt med herlige smaker fra hele verden. Hvem kunne ikke tenke seg en tur til Mexico, for deretter neste dag å sette seg ved et indisk bord, før snuten vender hjem til Norge? Neste dag er det videre til Kina og så tilbake til Europa og Italia og Frankrike. En slik tur har i hvert fall jeg veldig lyst på. God tur og ha en aldeles strålende uke. Vel bekomme.
