Endelig er det vinterferie, og vi skal noen dager på fjellet. Det gleder jeg meg veldig til. Det har ikke blitt så mye skigåing hittil i år. Derfor gleder jeg meg ekstra til å bare slappe av med lange skiturer, en god bok, god mat og rett og slett bare kose meg med familien min. Når det gjelder hytteliv og mat, er det jo stor forskjell på hva man har tilgjengelig av fasiliteter og utstyr. Noen har det omtrent som hjemme, mens andre må klare seg under temmelig kummerlige forhold. Noen kan kjøre til døren, mens andre må bære med seg alt man skal spise og drikke. Forutsetningene har selvsagt mye å si for hvordan man velger å innrette seg.

Her kommer noen tips som kan være greie uansett hva slags forhold man har å forholde seg til. Jeg synes at nybakt brød om morgenen er superluksus. Derfor veier jeg opp alle tørre ingredienser og pakker ned ferdig blandede porsjonspakker som det bare skal tilsettes vann til. Hver kveld rør jeg vann inn i de tørre ingrediensene, har det i en brødform, lar det heve over natten, og så må den første som står opp sette brødet i ovnen neste morgen. Voila, nybakt brød hver morgen.

Lage på forhånd er i det hele tatt et sjakktrekk. Gryteretter, kjøttkaker, spagettisaus og mye annet kan lages på forhånd. Da minimeres det man trenger å ha med seg, og mye av middagslagingen er allerede unnagjort nå man kommer hjem fra en god skitur. Det er herlig.

Da gjenstår det bare å håpe på godt vær og gode føreforhold. Ha en strålende uke og vel bekomme.
