Hva skal vi ha til middag? Dette må være ett av de hyppigst stilte spørsmål. Den som skal lage middagen stiller seg det før middagen skal planlegges, kjøpes inn eller lages, og de som skal spise lurer på hva de vil få servert. Jeg bruker en del tid til å tenke på dette spørsmålet. Mest fordi jeg liker å tenke på det, men også fordi jeg er opptatt av at vi skal spise variert og så liker jeg å prøve nye ting.  Hvordan er det med deg? Uansett om du har noen faste travere som stadig dukker opp på middagsbordet, eller du bestreber deg på å ofte komme opp med nye retter har jeg syv middagsforslag til deg. Lager du en av dem blir jeg kjempeglad. Vel bekomme og ha en strålende uke.
