På søndager har vi ofte stek, eller noe annet som tar lang tid å lage. Ganske ofte blir det skinkestek eller lammestek. Skinkestek med brun skysaus og surkål er veldig godt, men av og til er det godt med litt forandring. Da er denne appelsinsausen et godt alternativ. Den er frisk og litt hot og kler det milde svinekjøttet godt. Aller best blir sausen om man presser saften fra appelsiner, men en god appelsinjuice fra butikken går også fint.

Appelsinjuicen kan kokes inn på forhånd, mens resten gjøres mens steken hviler rett før servering.

Ingredienser

  • 2 dl appelsinjus
  • Stekesjy fra steken
  • 2 ss soyasaus
  • 1 ts buljongpulver
  • 1 kn odd kajennepepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok inn appelsinjuicen til det halve.
  • Ha i kraften fra steken.  La det koke sammen i ca. 10 minutter.
  • Ha i soyasaus og kajennepepper.
  • Smak om sausen er salt nok, hvis ikke tilsettes buljongpulver og evt. litt mer soyasaus.

Server til skinkestek med poteter og grønnsaker.
