Wok er skikkelig deilig hverdagsmat. Det er ganske raskt å lage, og det inneholder masse grønnsaker og magert kjøtt. Dessuten smaker det veldig godt. I dag var jeg heldig og fikk kjøpt en stor kalkunfilet til en riktig så bra pris. Sikkert noe som var blitt igjen etter Thanksgiving, men helt greit for meg. Ute er det så mørkt og trist at jeg fikk lyst til å lage en frisk variant med appelsin. Appelsinene begynner å bli gode nå, og passer veldig godt til kalkun synes jeg. Derfor ble det woket appelsinkalkun med brokkoli til middag i dag.

Når jeg lager wok, liker jeg å marinere kjøttet først i det som skal bli sausen. I dette tilfellet blander jeg appesinjuice, revet appelsinskall, hvitløk, ingefær, soyasaus og østerssaus. Det høres kanskje ut som om det er veldig mange ingredienser, men dette er ting mange har i på denne årstiden og det er fort gjort å måle opp. Hvitløk, ingefær og appelsinskall kan rives på den fine siden av rivjernet, så det går veldig fort og dermed er marinaden laget på et blunk. Har du ikke appelsin går det an å bruke appelsinjuice også.

Ingredienser

  • 500 gr kalkunfilet
  • olje til steking
  • 1 appelsin, saft og skall
  • 1 ss revet ingefær
  • 2 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1/2 dl soyasaus
  • 2 ss østerssaus
  • 1 dl vann
  • 2 brokkolihoder
  • 1 rødløk
  • 1 bunt vårløk
  • 1 appelsin

Fremgangsmåte

  • Riv skallet og press saften av 1/2 appelsin og bland dette med ingefær, hvitløk, soyasaus og østerssaus.
  • Skjær kalkunen i munnrette skiver og legg i marinaden.
  • Del brokkolien i små buketter, skjær løken i terninger og vårløken i ringer.
  • Skjær båtene ut av appelsinen
  • Varm olje i en veldig varm wok.
  • Ta kalkunen ut av marinaden, men ta vare på den.
  • Rørestek kalkunen i 3 minutter. Ta kalkunen ut av woken.
  • Ha brokkolien og vannet i woken og rørestek i 3-4 minutter.
  • Tilsett rødløken og stek et par minutter til.
  • Tilsett vårløken, kalkunen og marinaden.
  • Rørestek til alt er varmt.
  • Tilsett appelsinfiletene og server straks med kokt ris eller nudler.
