Det er midtsommer og selv om været ikke er helt med på det, er det i hvert fall lange lyse kvelder. Butikkene bugner av flott og spennende frukt, så nå forsøker jeg så godt det lar seg gjøre å fråtse i alt det fristende som er å få tak i nå. Her er en frisk drikk som er akkurat så enkel å lage at jeg orker det selv om det skulle blitt kjempevarmt (ønsketenkning). Vannmelon og lime er en av mine favoritt kombinasjoner. Den syrlige og krydrede limen frisker opp den søte og noen ganger nesten kvalmende vannmelonen. Med disse to sammen synes jeg det blir en helt super balanse. Her blir definitivt en pluss en mer enn to.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr vannmelon
  • 2 dl farris
  • saften fra 1/2 lime

Fremgangsmåte

Oppskriften gir 2 glass

  • Skjær vannmelonen i biter og ha alle ingrediensene oppi en blender.
  • Kjør til det er helt glatt. Smak om du trenger mer limesaft, og tilsett evt. mer.

Server straks, og gjerne med isbiter og nyt sommeren.
