Jippi, endelig sommer. Det er så deilig å kunne gå ut uten ytterjakke, paraply eller ullgenser. Nå har sommeren kommet, og jeg elsker det! I denne ukemenyen er det sommermat. For meg er det salater, grillmat og ferske grønnsaker i store mengden. På mandag og tirsdag foreslår jeg grillmat. På onsdag en deilig, mettende salat med poteter (gjerne nypoteter) og sardiner. Får du ikke tak i sardiner kan du bruke tunfisk fra boks, varmrøkt laks eller makrell eller kokt kald fisk. Alt går fint. På torsdag er det en frisk pastarett med masse masse herlig grønnsaker.

På fredagen fortsetter jeg det grønne temaet og serverer en grønn pizza. Har du ikke prøvd pesto på pizzaen i stedet for tomatsaus eller rømme, anbefales det herved på det sterkeste. På lørdagen slår jeg til med en av de aller mest populære oppskriftene på bloggen, nemlig stekt smørflyndre med brunet smør. Og for å si det sånn, så forstår jeg godt at denne oppskriften er populær, for den er skikkelig digg. Nå høstes det hvit asparges i Norge, og er du heldig kan du få tak i en bunt eller to. For resten av oss må vi nøye oss med importert var, uten at det er helt galt altså. Bruk en bunt eller to til å lage en skikkelig nydelig middag med hvit asparges og tykke skiver av skinke. Nyt gjerne et glass avkjølt hvitvin til og gled deg over sommeren. Vel bekomme.
