På julaften steker jeg alltid litt ekstra ribbe for å ha i juledagene også. Ribberester spiser vi kaldt på 1. juledag og også utover de andre dagene i julen. Men etter hvert kan man jo bli litt lei, og da kan det være greit å ha noe å variere med. Da kan jeg på det varmeste anbefale soyaglaserte ribbebiter. Oh la la, dette er superdigg snadder. Det kan faktisk være verdt å steke en ribbe bare for å kunne lage dette.  Vi snakker små munnfuller med soyaglaserte ribbebiter. De er litt salte, litt søte, litt sterke og veeeeldig gode.

Kjøleskapet bugner, får du spist opp alt?

I julen er det jo gjerne slik at vi unner oss alt det beste. Vi sparer liksom ikke på noe og mange av oss sitter igjen med mye rester vi ikke helt vet hva vi skal gjøre med. Mye av dette er også dyre råvarer som virkelig fortjener å bli spist opp. Dessverre er det nok slik at mer enn vi liker å tenke på havner i søpla etter en del dager i kjøleskapet. Denne julen ser jeg derfor litt ekstra på hva vi kan gjøre med restene uten at det føles som om vi spiser «kjedelig restemat». Med litt kreativitet er det faktisk utrolig mye godt som kan lages av restene etter julematen, om det er ribbe, pinnekjøtt. Flere tips og oppskrifter kommer utover i julen, så det er bare å følge med.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr kald ribbe uten ben
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 2 ts revet ingefær
  • 3 ss soyasaus
  • 3 ss kejap manis (søt soyasaus)
  • 1 ss shriracha
  • 3 ts brunt sukker
  • --
  • vårløk
  • rød chili
  • koriander

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær ribben i små biter, ca. 3x3 cm.
  • Finhakk hvitløk og riv ingefær på den fine siden av rivjernet.
  • Stek ribbebitene i en stekepanne til de har blitt varme og fått litt farge på alle sider.
  • Varm soyasaus, kejap manis, shriracha og sukker i en liten gryte.
  • Tilsett hvitløk og ingefær
  • La det koke litt inn.
  • Hell sausen over ribbebitene, rør rundt og la dem surre i sausen til de har fått saus på alle sidene.

Anrett på et fat og pynt med koriander og tynne skiver vårløk og chili.
