Man trenger vel strengt ikke en oppskrift for å lage dette, for det er like enkelt som det er godt. Altså utrolig enkelt og godt. Det er nesten som å ha en liten gresk salat på skiva. På denne tiden er tomatene ekstra søte og saftige og det kler den salte fetaosten helt perfekt. Har du ikke prøvd det før, bør du definitivt lage deg en skive med tomat og fetaost neste gang du er litt sulten.

Dette er faktisk så godt at vi har fått takkemeldign fra bekjente for å ha lærte bort dette og jeg har flere venner som har blitt hektet, så nå er du advart. Dette er sterkt vanedannende, men heldigvis ikke ulovelig. Noen topper med litt pesto, andre med hakket rødløk, eller andre urter. Hakkede sorte oliven eller en skive agurk … Du kan egentig bygge denne enkle saken ut i alle retninger du måtte ønske. Det eneste som er obligatorisk er sjenerøse skiver tomat og fetaost. Resten er opp til deg.

Denne gangen hadde vi igjen litt focaccia fra dagen i forveien og jeg skar tynne skiver som fikk en tur i brødristeren. Det ble skikkelig godt. Men det er like godt på knekkebrød eller hva du måtte like.
