Av og til synes jeg at jeg treffer ekstra godt men en smakskombinasjon, og sånn var det med denne salaten. Til lunsj i dag lagde jeg nemlig en salat med pære og roquefort. Det var jo litt mer i den altså, men de to tingene kan vel sies å være hovedingrediensene. Dette er på ingen måte en oppfinnelse som jeg har gjort, men snarere en klassisk kombinasjon som lenge har ligget der ute i verden og skint.

Her er det i tillegg til nevnte pærer og roquefort, salat, valnøtter, druer og en syrlig vinaigrette. Sammen ble altså disse ingrediensene en helt sublim kombinasjon. Og det beste av alt, det krevde ikke mye verken tid eller innsats å få den på bordet når tingene er i hus. Jeg regner altså ikke med tiden jeg brukte på å gå i butikken for å kjøpe pærer og druer. Mat må man jo ha uansett, så en tur til butikken er jo uunngåelig, ikke sant?

Ingredienser

  • 1/2 hode romanosalat
  • 1 stor gråpære
  • 10-20 druer
  • 1 håndfull valnøtter
  • urter (ruccola, kruspersille og flat persille, eller det du har/liker)
  • 8-10 ts roquefort
  • 1 ts dijonsennep
  • 2 ts rødvinseddik
  • 4 ts god olivenolje
  • salt og pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Rens salaten og skjær den i strimler.
  • Vask urtene og grovhakk
  • Skjær druene i to og pæren i tynne båter
  • Grovhakk valnøttene.
  • Pisk sammen sennep og eddik og tilsett oljen mens du fortsatt pisker.
  • Bland oljen inn i salaten.
  • Legg salaten på et serveringsfat og legg på pærer, druer, nøtter og ost.

Server straks med godt brød og smør ved siden av. Vel bekomme!

Tips

Du kan godt gjøre alt klart på forhånd, men vent med å blande inn dressingen til rett før den skal serveres. Da unngår du at salaten faller sammen og blir trist.
