Pin

Noen dager har man bare rett og slett ikke lyst eller tid til å stå lenge på kjøkkenet. I dag var en sånn dag i mitt tilfelle. Jeg har jobbet i hagen hele dagen og hadde i tillegg en ille hodepine. Da måtte det bli noe enkelt. Pasta er enkelt – og godt, og alltid tilstede i spiskammerset mitt. Et brokkolihode og en pakke bacon sammen med litt parmesan ble en skikkelig god middag. Som ikke tok særlig lang tid å få i stand, så denne kan jeg absolutt anbefale på travle dager. Sånn gjorde jeg det:

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr tørr pasta
  • 1 brokkolihode
  • 1 pakke bacon
  • olivenolje
  • parmesan revet fint
  • 1 håndfull ristede pinjekjerner

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær baconet i tynne strimler og stek det til det blir sprøtt.
  • Rist pinjekjerner i en annen stekepanne til de begynner å bli gyllene.
  • Kok opp vann og skjær brokkolien i små buketter. Ha pastaen oppi kokevannet. Tilsett brokkolibukettene når det er to minutter igjen av koketiden.
  • Ta av 1 dl av kokevannet og hell av resten.
  • Riv parmesan over den varme pastaen, hell på kokevannet og rør godt til osten smelter.
  • Ha oppi bacon og pinjekjerner.

Server straks med god olivenolje, ekstra parmesan og litt nykvernet pepper. En salat ved siden av er heller aldri feil.
