Tenk i kommende uke går mai 2017 over i historien og vi går inn i den første sommermåneden. For meg gjør det noe med hva jeg spiser. Det blir oftere salater og enda lettere mat. Det føles så riktig å spise masse frukt og grønnsaker når naturen er på sitt mest intense grønne og alt bare spretter opp av jorden i et forrykende tempo.

De norske grønnsakene har begynt å dukke opp i butikken nå, og det er fullt mulig, for de som har lyst, å sanke løvetannblader, skvallerkål, geiteramsasparges og mye annet velsmakende i hagen og naturen. Bare pass på å skylle bladene godt før bruk. Har du rabarbra i hagen er det bare å spise nå, for om en måned er den over toppen. Det er nå den smaker best.  Ha en strålende forsommeruke og vel bekomme!
