Suppe er alltid populært hjemme hos oss og asiatiske supper i sin særdeleshet. Siden vi i dag ble velsignet med regn (kan nesten ikke tro jeg skriver det), bestemte jeg meg for å lage suppe. Denne gangen ble det nudelsuppe med fiskeboller.  Denne suppen er lett, har en fin mild smak og fiskebollene er veldig luftige. Dette er med andre ord en super sommersuppe.

Jeg har aldri laget fiskeboller selv før, men kan rapportere at det var veldig lett å få til. I hvert fall om man er så heldig å ha en matmølle. Alle ingrediensene gikk samtidig i matmøllen, og så gjorde den hele jobben – med å lage farsen i hvert fall. Må jo innrømme at det tar litt tid å forme de små bollene.

Hjemme hos oss er det ikke alle som er like glade i sterk mat, så jeg lagde suppen uten chili. Men jeg er helt sikker på at litt chili i suppen ville vært veldig godt. Tilsett i så fall chilien sammen med hvitløken og ingefæren. For å kompensere for manglende chili i suppen, serverte jeg den med shriracha ved siden av slik at de som vil spice opp sin suppe kan forsyne seg selv.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr hysefilet
  • 1 ss revet ingefær
  • 1 ss maizena
  • 2 stilker finhakket vårløk
  • 1 ts salt
  • 0,5 dl vann
  • --
  • 1,5 l hønsekraft/buljong
  • 0,5 dl soyasaus
  • 5 skiver ingrfær
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 pakke risnudler
  • 100 gr babyspinat
  • 6 aromasopp/shitakesopp i skiver
  • sesamolje

Fremgangsmåte

  • Rens fisken for evt. ben og skinn og del i biter.
  • Ha alle ingrediensene til fiskebollene i en matmølle og kjør til det er en helt jevn og seig masse.
  • Form boller på størrelse med kirsebær.
  • Kok nudlene som angitt på pakken.
  • Kok opp hønsekraften sammen med soya, hvitløk og ingefær. La det koke i 5 min på middels varme.
  • Tilsett fiskebollene og la det koke i 3-4 minutter, til bollene er gjennomkokt.
  • Tilsett spinat, sopp og nudler.
  • Drypp over sesamolje ved servering.

Server suppen rykende varm med ekstra sesamolje og evt. shrirachasaus.
