Pin

Ukens middagsmeny er klar og består av både fisk, kjøtt og masse grønnsaker. Når jeg lager en ukemeny forsøker jeg å legge inn så mye variasjon som mulig. På fiskefronten er det sei, laks og torsk og på kjøttfronten er det okse, svin og lam. I tillegg kommer grønnsakene. Av grønnsaker er det stort sett sesongens grønnsaker jeg bruker som løk, kål og rotgrønnsaker. Men så må jeg også ha litt salat. Det er så deilig friskt og gir løfte om en varmere sesong etterhvert.

Jeg håper du finner noe som frister og så ønsker jeg deg en riktig god vinteruke der du er. Hos meg er det skikkelig vinter nå, så jeg håper det kan bli tid til et par skiturer i løpet av uken. Den som lever får se…
