Godt nytt år!

Jeg ser på facebook og instagram at mange allerede har pakket ned og ryddet ut julen. Hos oss står juletreet like grønt og flott som da det ble tatt inn lille julaften. Det blir dermed stående en liten stund til, mens julepynten for øvrig nok forsvinner litt etter hvert. Julematen derimot, den skal fortest mulig ut av huset. Nå får det være nok kaker, karameller, pølser og fete oster. I stedet sier jeg heller velkommen til friske grønnsaker, bønner, linser, fisk og rent kjøtt.

Nedenfor finner du årets første ukemeny. Den består som vanlig av masse grønnsaker, kjøtt og fisk. Det er sikkert ikke bare jeg som fortsatt har litt julemat igjen i kjøleskapet. En del av rettene er derfor basert på å bruke opp julematen. Thaisalaten med kjøtt er fin for å få brukt opp rester av skinkestek eller ribbe. Pasta med røkelaks gjør at rester av røkt laks forsvinner på et blunk og suppe med pinnekjøtt er en super og velsmakende måte å spise opp rester av pinnekjøtt. Ha en flott uke, og vel bekomme.
