Havreflarn er en av mine favorittkjeks. Både fordi de smaker så utrolig godt og fordi de er så enkle å lage. Disse kjeksene har en deilig smørsmak samtidig som de er herlig sprø. Denne varianten som er havreflarn med sjokolade, er enda et knepp bedre, for alt blir jo bedre med sjokolade. Ikke sant?

Havreflarn er utrolig kjapt å røre sammen. Tyve minutter etter at du har begynt å finne frem ingrediensene kan du ta de første kjeksene ut av ovnen. Dersom de skal ha sjokolade på seg, tar det selvsagt litt lengre tid. Men fortsatt er dette en av de kjappeste kakaesortene du kan lage.

Ingredienser

  • 100 gr smør
  • 175 gr sukker
  • 100 gr havregryn
  • 1 ts bakepulver
  • 1 kn.odd salt
  • 1 egg
  • 200 gr mørk kokesjokolade

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett ovnen på 170 grader.
  • Smelt smøret.
  • Mål opp og bland alle de tørre ingrediensene i en bolle.
  • Rør inn det smeltede smøret og rør godt.
  • Rør inn egget.
  • Legg røren på bakeplate med en teskje. Ha god avstand mellom kjeksene, for de flyter veldig utover.
  • Stek i 8-10 minutter.
  • Legg over på en bakerist og avkjøl.
  • Smelt sjokoladen over vannbad, og pensel baksiden av kjeksene med sjokoladen.
