Det er så lett å åpne en flaske med bobler når man får gjester. Og så står man der da, og lurer på hva man skal servere til de som ikke kjører. Ikke et galt ord om eplejuice, mozell eller farris, men det kunne jo være gøy å servere noe litt mer spennende av og til. Denne julete drikken er et forsøk på nettopp det. En vaskeekte mocktail med granateple, ingefær og sitron. Denne drikken er forfriskende, lett bitter og krydret. Du kan absolutt være bekjent av å servere denne mocktailen. Kanskje er det til og med noen av de med vanlige bobler i glasset som blir litt misunnelig…

I denne drikken er det granateplejuice. Den er faktisk ikke spesielt søt. Skulle du være så uheldig å kjøpe granateplenektar i stedet, ja da får du noe som kan være supersøtt. Da blir det en helt annen drikk.

Fremgangsmåte

  • Riv ingefær på den fine siden av rivjernet.
  • Bland ingefær, granateplejuice og sitron og la det stå i 5 min.
  • Sil væsken.
  • Ha rikelig med isbiter i et glass og hell over granateplejuicen og topp med sodavann.
  • Pynt med granateplekjerner og en rosmarinkvist.
