Pin

I denne uken har omtrent halve landet vinterferie (i hvert fall de med skolebarn) og det er lett å tenke at «alle» drar på fjellet.  Men sannheten er nok at de fleste er hjemme og på jobben. Det er kanskje litt roligere, fordi en del tross alt drar bort. Det gir litt mindre trafikk, og dermed kortere reisetid til og fra jobb, I tillegg tar de fleste fritidsaktiviteter pause. Dermed blir det muligvis litt bedre tid på ettermiddagene og kveldene. Så hvorfor ikke bruke litt mere tid på å lage god mat?

Og er du en av de heldige som skal reise på hytta, er det jo gode muligheter til å lage noe ekstra godt der. Vær gjerne litt kreativ og tenk om det er noe du kan forberede før du drar. Vi pleier for eksempel å lage pizzadeig før vi drar, så har vi en superenkelt, men veldig god middag straks vi kommer frem og har fått pakket ut. Vi måler også opp tørrvarene til eltefrie brød, så det bare er å blande inn vann og la heve over natten. På den måten har vi alltid ferskt, nystekt brød. Du kan gjøre det samme med boller og kaker. Da er det mindre å dra med seg opp.
