Endelig er det mai, og våren viser seg så vidt. I tillegg til blomster i grøftekanten, grønt på trærne og mindre klær betyr det også litt lettere mat. I denne ukemenyen er det derfor mye grønnsaker og sjømat og litt kjøtt, men altså mest grønt og blått.
