Dette er sommerdesserten sin det. Panna cotta med sitron – masse deilig, frisk sitronsmak. I tillegg til at det er godt med sitron i selve panna cottaen, serverer jeg den med sitronsirup over. Så sammen med litt friske bær er dette virkelig en fenomenal dessert. En smule mektig kanskje, men etter en lett hovedrett er dette helt innafor. Server panna cotta med sitron som den er, eller med friske bær og du har en super dessert. Den er litt mektig kanskje, men etter en litt lett middag er denne helt innafor.

Over panna cottaen hadde jeg som sagt en sitronsirup. Den er kjempegod i seg selv og kan fint brukes over litt is eller yoghurt med friske bær, eller om du er i det litt eksperimentelle hjørnet over litt grillet fisk.

Jeg må jo bare innrømme at jeg lagde ganske så drøye porsjoner. Så med mindre du og din familie er veldig glade i mye dessert, rekker oppskriften til seks personer.

Ingredienser

  • 3 dl kremfløte
  • 2 dl h-melk
  • 100 gr sukker
  • 1 dl sitronsaft (1,5 sitroner)
  • skallet av 1 sitron
  • 2,5 gelatinark
  • --
  • 2 dl vann
  • 1,5 dl sukker
  • 1 dl sitronsaft (1,5 sitron)
  • 1 sitron

Fremgangsmåte

Lag panna cotta først.

  • Legg gelatinarkene i kaldt vann.
  • Kok opp fløte, melk og sukker og rør til sukkeret har løst seg helt opp.
  • Tilsett sitronsaft og fint revet sitronskall.
  • La det koke til det tykner litt.
  • Ta av varmen.
  • Klem vannet ut av gelatinarkene og ha oppi fløteblandingen.
  • Rør godt til gelatinen har løst seg helt opp.
  • Hell over i fire former  a 2 dl (evt. 6 a 1,4 dl) og sett i kjøleskapet i minst 4 timer.

Sitronsirup

  • Skjær sitronen i så tynne skiver som mulig.
  • Legg sitronskivene i en gryte med kaldt vann og kok opp.
  • La det småkoke i 10 minutter.
  • Hell vannet av sitronskivnee.
  • Kok opp vann, sukker og sitronsaft i en liten gryte.
  • Ha sitronskivene oppi sukkerlaken og småkok i 20 minutter til det har blitt en tynn sirup
