Ingredienser

  • 300 gr Salmalaks
  • 2 ts sukker
  • 2 ts salt
  • 1/3 potte fersk dill

Fremgangsmåte

  • Bland salt og sukker sammen og strø halvparten ut over et serveringsfat sammen med halvparten av dillen.
  • Skjær laksen i så tynne skiver som mulig og legg skivene utover fatet i ett enkelt lag. Strø over resten av salt/sukekrblandingen og dillen.
  • Dekk med plastfolie og sett i kjøleskapet i 1-2 timer.

Server med toast og gjerne en skarp sennepssaus ved siden av.
