REKLAME – Tapenade er en sånn ting som mange kjøper på glass, men som er latterlig enkelt å lage selv. Det tar faktisk bare noen få minutter, og da har du en herlig tapenade som smaker sommer, sol og middelhav lang vei. Den er fin å bruke som dip til grønnsaker. Den kan smøres på brødskiva. Bruk den til å bake tapenadesnurrer. Ha litt i suppen din, eller bruk det oppå kokte egg, i en poetsalat. Som du forstår er det bare fantasien som setter grenser for hvordan tapenade kan brukes.

På denne tiden av året liker jeg å legge en solid topp på en liten ristet baguetteskive, helle opp et glass rødvin, lukke øynene og vips så er jeg ved Middelhavet en sommerdag.

Jeg er så heldig at jeg har fått lov til å teste ut noen av produktene til Barcho, som importerer mat fra Middelhavsområdet. Til denne tapenaden har jeg brukt en olivenolje som heter Ravida. Oljen er middels kraftig og egner seg godt til dette formålet.

Ingredienser

  • 170 gr sorte oliven, uten sten
  • 3 ansjosfileter
  • 2 ss kapers
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 0,5 dl Ravida olivenolje
  • evt. litt sitronsaft

Fremgangsmåte

  • Ha alle ingrediensene i en matmølle og kjør til en jevn masse.
  • Smak evt. til med litt sitonsaft om du ønsker en litt friskere variant.
  • Spe evt. med litt mer olivenolje om du ønsker en litt løsere tapenade.
